Senior IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to strengthen our IT team. You will provide advanced technical support and help maintain and improve the company’s IT infrastructure while contributing to key IT projects.

• Perform top-tier maintenance and administration of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security
  
  
• Manage and contribute to projects including Intune improvements, security hardening, cloud infrastructure development, network modernization, automation, and AI adoption
  
  
• Provide expert-level technical support for hardware, software, networking, and security issues
  
  
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior IT colleagues, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment
  
  
• Provide security-related training to end users

• Several years of experience in IT, with strong expertise in Microsoft environments (AD, Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, Defender, Intune, Azure services)
  
  
• Advanced knowledge of MS Windows operating systems (desktop and server)
  
  
• Knowledge of scripting or automation (PowerShell, Power Automate)
  
  
• Experience with managing small IT projects
  
  
• Solid grasp of cybersecurity
  
  
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
